Our  preferred method of payment is E-Transfer. However, this service is only available to Canadians. We take major credit cards,  We take paypal for payment as well. 
Is this piece in perfect condition?
  All our figurine online are in original condition unless stated in the description of the product.
For example:  If a piece has a chip, crack, missing glaze, etc., it is not listed as new condition,  and I do not ship any piece that I notice any defect, without notifying the customer.  
All figurines are hand crafted and will have a small indiviual difference between them.
 
Why do you have some pictures on figurines but some do not?
  The website experienced a number of broken links, and the pictures could not be saved. 
We need to take the pictures again, and upload them so they are available for you to see. 
If you want to see a picture of the item, to verify it is what you want,  please request it.

Will I be shipped the same item as shown in the picture?
  Do to stock rotation and some pieces we have in stock more than one, you may not get the figure shown in the picture. The item shipped will be the same figure. Same name, item number, and manufacturer, however, most of the products we carry are hand made or hand painted. There will be minor differences from the one shown in the photo.
 
Is my credit card safe when I enter it for a purchase?
  This website takes every precaution to protect our users information.   When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.
When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.    While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just surfing.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line.    All of our users information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.    Only employees who need the information to perform  a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.    Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.    Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers information is protected.    Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.
 
I want to use my Credit Card but can I order without giving my Credit Card online?
  YES, just order the item by cheque or money order and in the comment section of the order just place the following "I WILL CALL WITH CREDIT CARD NUMBER" OR "PLEASE CALL ME AT 555 555 5555 TO GET MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER"
We process each order by hand and there is no automatic charges on a credit card.
 
If I order with my Credit Card is there automatic charges on it?
  NO, we do all sales orders online by hand, A person confirms the credit card and applies the charges on the card. NOT a Robot. If you wish to cancel an order just call us or email us asap. Some orders go out the day they are ordered. 
 
I have problems finding things on the website. Can I call or email a question about a product?
